Error Message

Hi guys, I am using an FXCM demo on NT8 and it was working fine on thursday and friday, but over the weekend and now when the market has opened there is gaps in my data and current price action is not loading, when I try to reload all historical data the error shown in the attached screenshot appears, how do I fix this issue ?

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3176777" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
