Why can I only see a week's worth of data when in Mins?

Hi,

New to NT8.

I have it connected up to either Kinetick free or my IB data (Which I have full pack US L2).

When looking at D, W, M and Year I can back a long ways.

When I switch to a 5m or a 60m chart I can only see a week's worth of data.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Thank you for your post.

You could try loading more days in your chart by increasing the number of days to load. You can do this by right-clicking on your chart > Data series > Increase the number of 'Days to load' > Click OK.

Yes, you were correct. Its defaulted to 5 days. Thanks a lot.
