No Market Data Available

I'm connected to Ninjatrader Continuum Live , I can load a new chart and it will load the current chart and the current price , but , the chart does not give any more price action , whatever price the chart loads at , it stays at that price and it doesn't move , like its frozen at the price which it loads at . When I try to place a trade with a sim account it says it can't place order because no data available . Heres a picture ,

Please write into PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post. In your response, please also include 'ATTN Justin' in the subject line so it arrives in my inbox.

Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
