include commissions while running a strategy through the playback connection

Hello David,

Could it be there is no commission template selected for the Sim101 account? Please go to Control Center-->Accounts-tab, right click the Sim101 account and select 'Edit Account'. Select the commission template you like for the Commission setting and click OK. You can view the commission rates of each commission template at Control Center-->Tools-->Commissions. More information regarding commission templates can be found at the link below.

Once you applied a commission template to the Sim101 account, please check if commission is calculated when running a strategy with the Playback connection.

You can't edit the Playback101 account, so you need to edit the Sim101 account instead.
