    Multiple SIM Account Question

    Hello All,

    I added two SIM accounts in NT8 Lifetime license on top of SIM101. When I run a strategy on SIM102, it is still doing it in SIM101. Is there a way to independently run strategies in multiple SIM accounts? It looks like it it taking SIM101 as default account and running these strategies there.

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    Within your strategy settings, have you selected the Sim102 account only? I have included a screenshot of this section in the Strategy.

    To get to this properties tab of your strategy:
    • Right-click on the chart
    • Select Strategies
    • Select the Strategy under the Configure column
    • Select the account in the account dropdown
    • Select OK
    If this does not resolve this, I would then suggest you reach out to the developer of the strategy to address this behavior of the strategy.
