Market Analyzer doesn't match chart information

this is my first attempt to use the market analyzer and it didn't go well. Any idea why I don't get the same thing in the MA that I see on the chart?

Chart shows wave 4
Data Box shows wave 4
MA shows wave 2

this indicator reset the wave counting every time that the 50SMA changes direction which in this example was about 30 bars ago. Days and bars back are both set to 100 or more so it should have started counting at the right time.

The MA gets the right count on most of the charts, but not all of them.

Any idea why it's not getting the correct wavecount here?

Glad to assist. It would be unexpected for the data to be off in some places and right in others in the manner described.

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Include ticket number 3164081 in the body of the email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
