    Connection Problem with NinjaTrader Continuum - Chart not updating

    Hello, I have used the free platform and the lease platform with no problems for months. I just logged on today for the first time after being disabled for low account balance. I added money and logged in to the NinjaTrader Continuum and it doesn't update. It shows my new account balance and it shows the current chart, but the chart doesn't update. Also, the basic entry and the DOM do not populate with any data. I have tried three times to disconect and reconnect and get the same thing.

    Please send email your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
