Which data package?

Hi
Sorry for my basic question.
I am currently using the futures data to look at charts and study them to learn.
I tried to look at the oil chart of CL and it comes up blank. The symbol listed is CL-04-21.
Also I tried to look at Bitcoin BTCUSD and that came up blank as well, but I think that will be the forex data and not futures.
So how do I load up the CL and Bitcoin charts?

The current contract expiry for the CL is the CL 08-21 so this will need to be rolled over.

Would you please reach out to me via email at [email protected] with your log and trace files?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further in yoursemail.

• Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' or 'NinjaTrader 7' folder
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Thank you for your reply.
I managed to update the CL to the correct rollover date.
So it just leaves Bitcoin. Do I need a forex data feed for this or a futures data feed?

Thank you for your reply.

Currently, the only provider that can provide cryptocurrency data for NinjaTrader is Coinbase. I have included a link to our HelpGuide explaining which data providers can give in NinjaTrader:

• NinjaTrader 8

That being said, there is the CME Bitcoin Futures you may wish to utilize. The BTC is the CME Bitcoin Future. The current expiry for the MBT is 08-21.
