OHLC bar type

At times when I change time periods on my charts using OHLC bars the bars completely dissappear from my chart. If i select another bar type they come back but if i switch to OHLc they dissappear again? Any solutions? Thx

The only way i can get the OHLC bars is to rebuild a new chart...over and over

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
