Help: charts doesn't show any data

Hi,

When I reset my computer several days ago:

1. I can't see any historical data for more than the selected day
2. When I use my Interactive Brokets online connection I get data only until June 18, 2021

Any suggestions?

The screenshots show historical tick data in the Historical Data window, but a minute interval in the chart. If you select a tick interval in the chart, do you load the data you see in the Historical Data window?

What historical minute data do you see for the ES 03-20 in the Historical Data window?

Thank you for the quick response.
YES, when I changed the interval to TICK it does show the data. That is strange because I've been working with this data for almost a year now and this never happened before. Can I generate the minute data from the TICK?

Yes, this is possible by exporting the historical tick data and then importing it with "Generate 'Minute' bars from imported tick data" enabled. You can find instructions at the links below.

Hello ofiramitai,
This is because you've saved Tick Data historically so the behavior is as expected. Yes, you can generate Minute data from Tick data by first exporting your tick data & then importing it again with Generate 'Minute' bars from imported tick data option selected, be sure to use correct Time Zone while importing. Go to Tools -> Historical Data -> Load -> Export / Import. Hope it helps!
