If a chart has keyboard focus, its header is in a different color than other charts. Please see the attacched screenshot that shows the YM 09-21 chart has focus.Attached Files -

I'm not aware of a different way to see at glance what window is active.Comment

There is an addon in the "ecosystem" of user submitted apps. It will let you set the windoww outline thickness and color of the window the mouse is over. This may not be the one with keyboard focus,
