Chart not receiving data

Hello!

I am using NT8 lifetime license, today 6/18/2021 I was getting ready to trade but the market opened and my NT8 stopped receiving data, I have signeg off and back in but the problem persist.

Please help me,

Can you tell me what instrument/expiry you have selected when you see this behavior such as ES 06-21, NQ 09-21, etc.

On your question was the answer, can you tell me now how to reactivate the option to receive notifications when I am suppost to change intruments. Ex: ES0621 to ES0921

I see that you're using an older version of NinjaTrader 8. To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below. With this version you will be notified upon startup if there are any instruments in your workspace that are scheduled to rollover.

• First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link:http://https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submit
• Select 'Download'

Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
