Created a workspace and the actual disappeared

OMG...how can I retrieve a workspace that I've just created? I went to workspace>new and created a new name for my new workspace I was working on, that I've had just created. And bam! the workspace disappear. I just can see the window with the main controls now ....what a pain. Solution? thx

Thank you for your inquiry.

Sounds like you may have simply created a new workspace instead of renaming the existing workspace that you were working on.

Workspaces that are open but running in the background, so they aren't visible, would show with a gray box next to the workspace name in the Workspaces menu. Most likely the workspace you were previously using is one of these. Click on the workspace to switch to it and check if it's the one you previously built. You can rename the workspace to your desired name once you've identified which one it is by hovering over the workspace name and clicking "Rename".
