Futures Demo - connected, charts not updating in real time

Hi, installed ninjatrader in the last couple days. Connection is green, but chart hasn't moved for 48 hours. attached the log if that helps.

Please note that futures currently don't trade, so you will not receive any realtime data. Most US futures instruments start trading again today (Sunday) at 5:00pm US Central time zone.

What times (and days) does it open and close?

It depends on the instrument. Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instruments. Double click the instrument in question and check what trading hours template is selected. Go to Control Center-->Tools-->Trading Hours. Select the trading hours template to see its trading hours.
