coinbase btcusd chart stops updating when changing timeframe

Hi,
I did set up the coinbase connection and added BTCUSD chart 1 minute. If I connect to mycoinbase it works but when a change timeframe to 5min for example the bars on the charts stop updating and all I see is the price label going up and down. If I then disconnect myCoinbase and reconnect again it works again. But everytime I change timeframe it stops working.
What can I do to diagnose this problem?
