How to trigger moving average alerts?

Hey!

How can I trigger simple moving average alerts?

For example, if the candlestick touches the moving average during an uptrend, how do I set up an alert to trigger this? I've tried doing everything but it doesn't seem to work.

For example, I've tried the "Cross Above", or "Cross Below" option but.. this doesn't even work, what am I doing wrong?

Please use an option such as Greater Equal or Less Equal.
