Data all messed up over last few days

The data seems all messed up on the charts over the last few days and just now I got this message:

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Its all working now
It was the rollover contracts due to start tmrw Friday.
So if anyone else is getting messed up charts , that will probably be it!
