Live data super slow to load charts in NT8

I need help with Live Data loading in NT8. The Trader Workstation (Interactive Brokers platform) loads reasonably quick however in Ninja its taking 5 to 10 mins to load a ticker symbol.
According to Ninja Trader notes for connecting Live Data from IB you need version 973.2 which I was using though it seems the app updates itself and now im on version 981.3a. Will this version work and if not how do i stop auto updates for TWS

The currently supported version of TWS with NinjaTrader is 978.2c and we recommend all users use the supported version for best results.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3133366" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
