Phantom Sound Where is it coming from?

Hello - I just installed NT 8 on a new pc. I am getting a phantom sound playing every so often and I can't locate it or even the find the.wav file that is playing it. It sounds like a brief "whoosh".

I have checked all charts and the market analyzer for any errant alerts and can't seem to locate it. I have also checked the indicators on my charts and no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

To identify what window the sound is coming from, please open the volume mixer.

You can right-click on the speaker icon in your notification tray and select Open Volume Mixer. In the Volume Mixer please look for the item with a NinjaTrader icon. The label should show the name of the window that the sound is coming from the next time you hear it, then you can go to that window and disable the indicator or option that is set to play sounds or close the window to resolve.
