Execution Order by External

Hello! I got an execution order, I think it wasn't cause by any of the strategies. The name of the execution was "External" what does that mean?

Thank you for your post.

An order marked "External" would be one that is placed externally to NinjaTrader. In cases where you did not place an order through another platform to the same account, it's generally your broker closing out the position on your behalf. I would recommend contacting your broker if you did not place the order yourself, to see why they would have closed you out of a position.

I just experienced the same situation. I did not close the order.
How do I know who my broke is? (I have a practice account with LeeLoo Trading) on the ninjatrader platform.

LeeLoo Trading would be the broker if this is who you are connecting to and placing trades to.

Please contact LeeLoo Trading and inquire why this order was submitted.

Rithmic is a connection technology that allows NinjaTrader Desktop to connect to a broker using this connection type.
Rithmic would not be the introducing broker.

You may have overlooked post # 4. If you are connecting to LeeLoo, then LeeLoo is your broker.
