YM chart do not update

YM chart shows up with all the price bars up to the time I launched the chart, but does not put any more price bars on the chart. Other charts are working fine(ES 06-21, RTY06-21, NQ 06-21)
CQG is the data provider.
What should I check ?

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '3126920 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
