I am trying to find a list of all of the NT8 Micro and Mini contract symbols.

Is there a web page or PDF that lists all of them?

I searched for mini, micro, e-micro and e-mini and found quite a few.

How can I find out what the margin requirements are for each of those contracts, during intraday trading hours?
