Unable to Authorize

Hello,

I purchased a software package that includes 2 strategies called JOBB Software and for some reason after importing it, it will not authorize on my desktop. At the vendor's suggestion, I tried loading it on my laptop and sent that Machine ID to him and it authorized just fine. I have other Ninjascript import on the desktop but I tried a clean install with nothing added and it still would not authorize. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately we would not be experts in any third party tools as we did not program them ourselves.

That being said, we would be more than happy to take a look at your platform's configuration to verify if there is anything that may be done on our end.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
