    CQG connectivity

    I have a grandfathered NT license with CQG connectivity. But when I try to connect to a FCM (Straits Financial), I got this error message - "The FCM you are trying to connect is not authorized to use NinjaTrader with CQG." Doesn't look like this will work. Can someone from NT explain? Thank you.

    Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?

    To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '3117917 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

      Thank you, Shawn, I use the "My Continuum" connection instead of "My CQG" and it works!!
