gap in time frame

today on my 5 min chart for ES (06-21) the time in the chart skips from 13:35 to 14:10. Candlestick at 13:35 open 4202.75, high 4203.25, low 4201.75, close 4202. Next candlestick is at 14:10 open 4195.50, high 4198, low 4195.25, close 4197.75. Where did the data go for those 35 minutes? Not seeing any gaps on other time frames, I checked the 1 min, 3 min, and 15 min. Does this happen often? Is there a glitch in the system?

While the platform itself would only chart the data it receives, I don't see a reason for this specific timeframe to be missing.

As I suspect the platform might have experienced an issue, I'd like to take a closer look at the log & trace files in this regard.
