FESX FSXE IB symbol mapping

Currently when executing trades in FESX I get an unwanted position in FSXE which is the micro contract variant. Symbol mapping is ESTX|||10 for the FESX and ESTX|||1 for the FSXE. This needs resolving.Regards to all.

Hello elliot5,

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instruments. Type FSXE and double click the FSXE futures. Change to the symbol map in the Interactive Brokers field to: ESTX50-disabled|||1

Click OK and close the Instruments window. Subsequently check if you don't get unwanted positions in the FSXE when trading the FESX.

i had the problem with this again today - entered trade on DOM in FESX and ended up trading the MICRO contract and getting FXSE on my positions list. FXSE is not even on my list of instruments. Ideas how to prevent this ? Might be IB symbol mapping issue. Can you confirm the correct map for the large contract FESX on Eurex for IB? Thanks

Please use the steps below to disable FSXE and enable FESX for IB:

• Go to Tools->Instruments
• Select FESX->Click edit
• Input ESTX50|EUREX||10 next to Interactive Brokers under the Symbol Map section
• Click Ok
• Select FSXE->Click edit
• Input ESTX50|EUREX||1|Disabled next to Interactive Brokers under the Symbol Map section
• Click Ok
• Click Ok
• Restart NinjaTrader
