IBKR order not showing in NT

    IBKR order not showing in NT

    Hello

    I use IBKR linked to NT. when I open a trade with NT, the trade is opened in IBKR and the bell in NT sounds for the trade, perfect. But the problem is the open trade is not showing in the NT account window. Not sure how to connect it.

    These don't show any number like the SIM account does.

      Thank you very much for your post.

      As a first step, please ensure a compatible version of Interactive Brokers' TWS is installed. Newer versions can sometimes introduce features not yet supported in the API.

      To download the supported 978.2c version, please visit our Connection Guide:



      If you already have this version installed and still experience this error, please let me know!

        I did the updates for the latest version. this is the about attached. The problem still exists.

          Thank you for your note.

          Unfortunately, we would need you to test using the supported version of TWS with NinjaTrader which is 978.2c.

          Please let me know if you experience the same in this version.

            I have installed the requested version and have an open trade. No difference in the account window.

              We'd like to take a look at your platform's log & trace files, they should indicate why this isn't reported back.

              As these files may contain some sensitive information (e.g. your account ID), it'd be best if you could send them to us through the platform directly.
