Unable to import the excel reference into ninjatrader 8

Previosuly, When I import the Excel zip file from the ecosystem, then it was OK.

But today when i try into my fresh ninjatrader into a new PC.
It was coming out error.
Please see the attach below.

I was very sure the error was coming out from excel file as it was fine before I import it.

I was using the most updated version of NInjatrader 8
