tick must be enable ?

hi guys i have installed a indicator footprint (it is from third parties), in my demo ninja 8 , the platform show me in chart tick must be enable to display historical values
i set in Controlcenter --> tools--> option-->market data --> show tick replay , and restart paltform , but always show me tick must be enable to display historical values , i must active somthing else? thanks at all

Thanks for your post.

Once the "Show Tick Replay" option has been enabled from the Market data category of the Options menu, you will find a "Tick Replay" option which you can select when setting up your indicators or strategies, or when running a strategy in the Strategy Analyzer.


You likely need to right click on the chart> Indicators> check this setting in the indicator you are trying to use this functionality with.
