NinjaTrader Broker Continuum - loses connection

Hi, I will sometimes undock my laptop during the trading day to move between rooms. This causes me to change from cabled to Wifi connection. Without fail, NinjaTrader just stops reading market data. All open orders remain, but I'm a discretionary trader, so may miss an exit if I cannot see the bars.

Disconnecting and reconnecting to NinjaTrader broker and continuum doesn't work. I have to close down Ninja and then reopen it.

Its a pain. How can I fix this in Ninja? I'm not interested in workarounds via the OS (like locking onto Wifi); I'm looking for a fix / setting I may be missing in NT.

    Thanks.

    Hello aeadon,

Unfortunately there is no setting within NinjaTrader to address such a situation. I suggest to move rooms when not trading live.
