NT8 and Microsoft surface machine

Hi, just have a quick question. Can NT8 run on Microsoft surface PRO? How is the performance?? I need to buy a new laptop mainly for NT8. What is the best option available in the market? I am looking for reliability and no 'hangs' while a strategy is running for about 15 hours a day.

Thank you for your post.

NinjaTrader is currently a Windows application which relies on the .NET Framework to operate and the .NET Framework is only available on Windows Operating System and does not run on the Android, iOS or other mobile Operating Systems.

You may be able to find a tablet that will run Windows, however, the device would still need to meet or exceed the minimum specifications to perform well. Here is a link to the Minimum System Requirements which features the minimum specifications and the recommended PC specifications for NinjaTrader 8 to take full advantage of modern PC architecture.

NinjaTrader also requires a middle mouse scroll wheel button to perform some actions.
