We have a collection of examples here showing how to build various conditions, including making time comparisons and time filters. Please read through all of these to get practice with working with the condition builder:

The strategy needs two sets, the first one is checking if the DayOfWeek is Friday, and that the time is at a certain minute of the day (e.g. Time Series == 9:30AM). The second set would check that the DayOfWeek is Friday and Time Series = 4:00PM. Note the chart you are running the strategy on must be time based and a multiple of the time you are evaluating e.g. on a 1 minute chart you could check multiples of 1 9:00, 9:01, 9:02, etc. And on a 5 minute chart multiples of 5 9:00, 9:05, 9:10.
