Having frequent loss of rithmic connection, no issue with NT continuum

I recently started using rithmic and when I first load my workspace my charts all load 5-6 days of data in tick replay. I don't mind that it takes a while to fully load, but when rithmic loses connection it often fails to gain it back once I have fully loaded all charts. This leaves me either unable to enter orders, or forced to re-connect and re-load all charts and thus the issue persists.

I never have this issue with NT continuum.

Based on your description, it sounds as if there might be an underlying issue when the platform reconnects.

I'd like to take a closer look at your log & trace files, as they should indicate what exactly is causing this. Could you forward them to me?
