To resolve this issue, go to the accounts tab of the control center, right-click on your account, and select Edit account. Please set the Risk template to “none” and click OK. Do not restart the platform when prompted.

This issue is expected to be resolved over the weekend.

You cannot right click on playback accounts

You will actually want to do this to the Sim101 account directly as you will be unable to manage the Playback101 account by itself. However, any changes you make to the Sim101 account will be applied to the Playback101 account the next time you connect to the Playback Connection.
