"Historical Timeout : not found" on ES

For past few days I have been getting this error - "Historical Timeout : not found" on ES chart. I load only 5 days of data. I have looked at prior posts about this error and have tried to change the Global settings for Merge Policy with no success. Please assist. Thanks.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
