Free Kinetick connection has missing data

Hello,

When connected to the Kinetick end of day connection, I get inconsistent data feeds for different instruments/time frames. For example, mNQ/NQ works fine for backtesting strategies on tick time frames but ES/mES nor YM/mYM will not give any results upon back testing. These instruments work when connected to Continuum. Charting only works consistently on the all instruments on a daily chart but no other time frame. What could be the cause of this problem?

Thank you for your post.

The Kintetick End of Day feed only provides historical data in a daily timeframe or larger. This is not a live intraday connection and will not provide intraday data.
