Volume data incorrect

I am using NT8 version 8.0.24.2 64-bit and connected to TD AMERITRADE. I opened NT8 this morning at around 7am and kept it running with 2 strategies enabled and I noticed that the volume data loading for both charts was significantly lower than the actual volume shown on TD Ameritrade. I closed and reopened NT8 and the volumes were larger and accurate to the actual TD Ameritrade data.

Why did the volume data for both of my charts not load properly? and is there a solution to this issue? Do I have to open NT8 during regular trading hours to receive accurate volume data?

Please also answer the following questions along with your log and trace files:

• What instrument symbol (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 06-21, AAPL, EURUSD, etc.
• (For a chart) what interval is selected? For example, 5 minute, 1 day, 2000 volume, 4 Renko, etc.
