Outages in tick data after an upgrade to 8.0.24.2

I have an outage of the current tick data for all pairs at the moment, and I have had something similar at one pair last week too. Historical data manager, Reconnecting data or Ninja restart do not help this time.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
