    I tried getting help on ninja traders website and its saying theres no account under my email which I know there is..when I tried isgning in to the trading platform its only showing the sim account. I can't figure out how to get into the account with money in it. can someone please help..

    If you want an example of what someone else did, I did this:
    Connections > Configure
    find/add the corresponding connection
    In my case, I had to configure a connection to NinjaTrader - Continuum. (You have to choose whatever connection applies in your case. If you contact support, they can assist you in sorting this out.)
    Make sure that "demo" is un-checked
    Hit apply when done.

      ive emailed ninja trader but they're closed for the weekend. im hoping to hear back before the open tomorrow. I have a MacBook so ive had to install windows parallel to be able to run ninja trader. I installed a update and after that it said my password was wrong and hasn't worked sense.

        Hello bwkmike,

        Please see the response I sent you by email to re-enter your username/password and license key. The machine ID in NinjaTrader on your end changed which caused the username/password and license key to be removed as a security measure.

              Hello bwkmike,

              Can you please send me an email at "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com" including your log and trace files. Please put 'Att Jason, 3071692' in the subject header of your email.
              • Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
              • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
              • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments
              • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

                buddy I have windows parallel on my matchbook. would you call me and walk me thru this. I cant figure it out
