Login Issue

I'am trying to connect to my Ninjatrader continum account but I always receive this error message : My Continuum: Continuum: Disconnect enforced by broker or 2nd login to the same account. (Panic)My Continuum: Continuum: Disconnect enforced by broker or 2nd login to the same account. (Panic) jitter clicking

Thank you for your post.

The behavior you are experiencing is due to data servers undergoing maintenance at this time. Maintenance will be finished before the markets open Sunday afternoon so that you can connect to your account again. Weekend maintenance is infrequent but expected.

If you continue to see the same behavior. Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '3071189 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
