Hangseng futures real-time data

I am interested in trading the Hangseng stock futures, but my broker AMP / CQG datafeed told me that he can't connect my account for that exchange with Ninjatrader.
What Ninjatrader & broker / datafeed combination would you recommend?

Dear Ninjatrader support

I am getting real time data for HSI 05-21 (Hangseng Future) now via CQG

For HHI 05-21 future (China Enterprise, same exchange) the chart shows real-time data but no historical data i.e. as soon as I open the chart with the symbol, chart data gets collected

any idea why the historical data is missing?

fyi it also doesn't show volume data (historical and also not in real-time)

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on the lower-left corner of the Control Center window.

(For a chart) what interval is selected? For example, 5 minute, 1 day, 2000 volume, 4 Renko, etc.

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

My CQG
3 minute chart
no error message (only "insufficient data for indicator xy ..." which is the problem)

candles are forming as soon as I open the symbol, but no historical data and no volume

Historical data for the HHI is not supplied with the CQG connection.

You can email us at [email protected] for assistance with the available data connections with your license key that may supply historical data for the HHI.
