4/12/21 Kinetick NASDAQ, NYSE datafeed down?

My NT8 is not receiving Kinetick stock data (futures data fine). Is there an issue today? Thanks for info.

We are aware of an issue affecting equities data from both Kinetick and IQFeed. We have reported this issue to our market data provider and I will update this thread once the issue has been resolved.

Hello everyone,

We received an update from DTN that the real-time stocks and forex data has now been restored. You may just need to restart NinjaTrader and reconnect to Kinetick in order to restore the real-time data.

It is expected that there will still be gaps in the historical data during the outage. DTN is currently working on backfilling the historical data and I will make another update once I have more information.
