    Why does Playback Connections not activate?


    Folks, why does Playback connection not activate. Here's a screen shot. I started a playback connection at 10:05 AM this morning. As of 4:50 PM on the same day, about 7 hours later, the Playback window is still not active. Your thoughts? Thanks,

    Hello timmbbo,

    Can you please send me your log and trace files so that I may investigate.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: Att Jason, 3044320


    Could it be you don't have any Market Replay data or historical tick data present in NinjaTrader?

    Was the Playback control window active after connecting to the Playback connection during previous attempts or have you always experienced this issue?
