Market replay Visual display tick by tick

Hello,

Is it possible for NT8 Market replay to update the visual display tick by tick?. I have ‘show tick replay’ turned on but this does not affect order flow on the DOM. I would like to test a NQ order flow strategy but the 1 second update causes prices to jump many ticks on the ladder especially during volatile conditions making it difficult to read.
