What kind of execution is this?

Hi guys,

I think you have a real problem regarding your execution times, a problem that it has nothing to do with the user... Not even a i7 with 16GB RAM and 1GB Lan connection couldn't do better...

I have set my Take Profit at 1,3816 and it got filled with average 1,3834? Really? Wonder if Limit order would have been filled...

How can one make profits this way?

Thanks for posting.

Some amount of slippage is to be expected any time that you are using a market order, especially during high volume. You may use a Stop Limit order to control the amount of slippage possible, with the possible caveat of the order not being filled if the price is moving too quickly. That looks to be in sim, since whatever you put in doesn't hit order book. simulator can only take the next best available price when it's executed on the real orderbook when liquidity is thin specially during news or open/closing
