Overnight VX data not loaded past end of the month

HI,

I use VX data in a strategy and it was working fine until we hit today's session closing time. It is the last day of the month. The data feed for VX future index stopped loading. My understanding is that my subscription at COBE is renewed automatically (at least that is what happened last month.) Any help why the VX feeds stopped at 4:00 pm?
When I changed Trading Hours from <Use instrument setting> to default 24-7, the VX data downloads the missing period till now, but then does not download live data afterword.

Several business hours will be affected on Friday, April 2nd, in observance of Good Friday.
