NT Support policy

Hi NT support.


Do you have a support policy about older version of NinjaTrader 8? For example, I understand NT8 is no longer supported on Windows 7, but what is the oldest NT8 version that you will support? Is there a policy about this?

If you experience an issue and you have an older NinjaTrader 8 version installed, we will request to install the latest version and check if the issue persists. If so, we would then further troubleshoot. We don't really support older NinjaTrader 8 versions.

It is always best to have the latest version installed as it contains fixes and enhancements compared to older versions. You can find these at the release notes at the link below.
