API issue

Hello guys,

I have a strategy that makes web service calls to azure. The following error occurred in my log : Not sure if this related to the web service calls or a Ninjatrader internal error ? Its Category is 'Connection' wheel of names

Pacing violation: more than 10 API calls of type 'Heartbeat' in 150 seconds.

This is not an error I am familiar with.

Does the error appear without using the custom script?

As my prior colleague suggested, does this message still appear when you use NinjaTrader without any custom scripts or strategies?

Who are you connecting to for real-time market data?

Does it only appear after loading in a certain chart or indicator?

Does it appear at random, or are you able to follow a specific set of steps to make it appear? If yes, what steps are you taking to make it appear?
