Hello timko,
Are you manually moving files by hand into the directory? If so that will not work, the AT OIF interface is intended for external applications that can write files to that folder.
If you are trying to generate the files from within NinjaTrader or a C# application you would need to use a streamwriter and write the .txt file using code so that it can correctly pick it up.

The OIF builder was removed in NT8, that was only for NT7. The OIF is a legacy input so the GUI elements of that have been removed however the interface still exists and can be used.
