Bar 0 of 1 tick chart, Buy or Sell?

Can I tell if bar 0 on a 1 tick chart is a buy or sell because I don't have a prior bar to compare to?

Related question is the first bar of a new session a continuation of the bars in the prior session?

Sorry I'm not quite sure if I understand. Can you please tell me when a 1 tick bar is qualified as buy or sell? A 1 Tick chart will plot price bars at one price (last traded price) that consist of 1 tick.

It depends on the 'Break on EOD' setting in the Data Series menu of the chart. If enabled, it will cut off the last price bar of the session regardless of whether it is fully complete. Please see the link below for more information.

I see, thank you for clarifying. Unfortunately I don't see a way to determine this other than loading additional historical data in the 1 Tick chart.

I didn't know of one but sometimes you guys know undocumented techniques. I sent you an e-mail with an example from today of this technique applied.
